7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:32 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers: John Hiser- treasurer, James Hacke- Secretary, Tom Horstman- Trap, Mike Ripley- Black Powder/Junior Rifle, Steve Gustkey- Pistol.

Treasurer’s Report: John read the report.

Bills and Communications: John paid the Erie Insurance Bill and property taxes. Also made down payment to Bakers Waterproofing. John announced the CMP renewal is completed and submitted.

Pop: Steve turned in 20.

Rental Committee Report: March 16 trap banquet, March 23 & 24 Eric Beveridge, March 30 frolic.

Pistol Team: Steve said there was a nice turnout at the sectional match held March 8-10. There are 3 home matches left for the season. Outdoor shooting will begin in May. Pistol team turned in $80. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays, indoor starting at 5 PM. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Tom took in $66.50, expenses $34.93, kept $9.47, turned in $22 for practice. Winter trap league took in $1,500, expenses $1107.78, kept $117.67, turned in $274.55.

Black Powder: Mike announced the frolic is approaching quickly and will be held on March 30th. Trail shoot begins at 9 am, range targets at 1 pm with dinner to follow at 6 pm. The meat shoot brought in $200, expenses of $110, kept $27 turned in $63. 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00 am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team: Mike took in $60, no expenses, kept $18, turned in $42. Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2. Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest.

Archery: Nothing to report.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Dickie took in $170, no expenses, turned in $170. They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done, doors open at 9 am. Everyone is welcome. Iron/Peep sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. Dickie announced they may add a scoped gun class next year.

Membership: In Brian’s absence Steve turned in $585.

Old Business: Please note that Wolf Excavating will be doing work around the outside of the club starting sometime around March 17. Please use caution when using the pistol range or the hall while the work is being done.

New Business: April 14 and 15 will be a work day at the club. Will need to prep the basement for Bakers Waterproofing. Steve turned in a $100 check donated from the boy scouts who stayed overnight in the club.

Good of the Association: Thanks to Frank for donating his time to fix the broken toilet in the ladies room.
